All prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen supplier cost increases.

• Applicable when branding (e.g., logos, embroidery, custom artwork) is requested:Production begins after full payment and artwork approval have been received.
• Changes to artwork after approval require a new proof and may delay production.
• Estimated delivery time: 10–14 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).
• Rush orders are at the client’s own risk; Songo Africa cannot be held responsible for errors on urgent orders.

Applicable when ordering products without branding:

• No artwork approval required.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days from payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).

• Complimentary pre-production sample for branded orders over R5 000, subject to timelines.

• Pre-production sample fee of R350 applies for smaller orders where relevant.

• No cancellations or refunds once order is confirmed and paid.

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours (before branding begins) incur a 25% handling & restocking fee.

• After 48 hours or once branding has commenced, clients are liable for 100% of the order value.

• Returns or exchanges must be arranged within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

• Branded, personalized, or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Full payment is required at checkout for all orders (branded and unbranded).

• Payment is processed instantly via our online checkout system.

• For branded orders, production begins only from the date of artwork approval.

• For unbranded orders, production and dispatch start once payment is confirmed.
